Shipping Policies

Important Information

Our standard shipping in our shop is Parcel Lettermail. You will not receive a tracking number if you select regular shipping. If you would like to receive a tracking number or would like your package sooner, please select Expedited Parcel, Express Post or Priority. 

Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. 

You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped.

If you would require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the Comments section of your order.

Duty Charges

 

All international orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via Canada Post. These orders will also be subject to your country's duty tax. Please check your customs office for further information.
