Mackenzie Jones Designs offers a lifetime warranty on regular price items purchased at our markets and website. Jewellery is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser/recipient against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace any defective Mackenzie Jones jewellery with the same or a comparable model. We will not replace lost or stolen items.


      In the event one earring is lost, Mackenzie Jones can offer a new one at an individual cost. Mackenzie Jones will replace accent stones on necklaces and earrings in the event they have gone missing. We do our best to colour match; however, sometimes there is variation in the stones. 


      Stretch bracelets do stretch out over time, and this may cause breakage. Mackenzie Jones will cover restringing up to three times. Although we will replace missing stones on stretch bracelets to the best of our ability, sometimes specific stones are no longer available. In this event, Mackenzie Jones will offer a choice of a comparable bracelet as a replacement. Lost or missing charms will not be replaced on bracelets. 

       If you purchased Mackenzie Jones jewellery from a third-party store or retailer, these items are also covered under warranty. Original receipts are not required; however, we know our work well and have the right to refuse a repair if we believe it is not Mackenzie Jones jewellery.
